1. All goods carry a customer satisfaction money back guarantee of 30 days, if the product is returned in good working condition.
2. All goods carry a 2 years manufacturers replacement warranty.
3. All warranties & guarantees are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Aqua Decors.
Credit & Claims
1. All goods & invoices should be checked on arrival. Any discrepancies should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise claims might not be recognised.
2. No claim will be investigated unless the claim is supported by the relevant invoice number.
Returns
1. For returns within given warranties & guarantees, customers are expected to pay for postage both ways.
2. Return applications should be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt.
Orders & Deliveries
1. Orders can be emailed or faxed through at any time. Phone orders are not accepted.
2. Minimum commercial orders of 8 units of the AG-VA01.
3. Fright and packaging charges will be added to invoices where applicable.
4. All orders are dispatched by Fast Way couriers only after full payment has been received.
Prices
1. At present our prices do not attract GST, in accordance with the Goods & Services Tax Legislation.
2. We offer quality products at competitive prices, however we reserve the right to alter prices without notification.
