Delivered to the door Friday, set-up Sunday and 3 days later functioning beautifully! The changeover from gravel to sand caused very cloudy water, which the old and new filters dealt with in a few hours. The home-bred comets and two golden catfish settled back with no apparent hassles. Am using it in a reasonably small temperate tank, but will consider also running a larger tropical tank because of the ease with which I could maintain it.
I live a significant distance from WA, in a rural area. Found the only problem through the ordering process was no local branch or agency of the relevant bank, so had to change payment arrangements a few days after placing my order. Did this through the direct email address for the product and Aquadecors provided excellent follow up.
So far, I am very impressed with the product, and with the pre and post sales support. Am giving 2 fish-keeping family members an early Christmas present of an Aqua Genie filter each.
